WILMA

Wilma turns data from sensors into actionable insights that improve safety and efficiency, and helps oil and gas companies prevent the next catastrophic event.

Wilma is an online software platform designed for the Oil and Gas, Security, and Inspection industries. Despite operating in different sectors, these industries share a common challenge: the need to inspect vast territories with meticulous detail and attention. A security breach can occur at any small point within these large areas, making thorough inspection essential for all of them. Research included interviewing different kinds of potential users + exploring various drone apps, AI platforms, web maps, etc. To assist users in high stressed situations, we wanted the design to be clean, clear, and simple. We chose to use familiar mental models, simple language, a calming color palette, and clear contrast.
